An ordinary day

Today, I decided to step off 1 train station before mine and have a little walk to work.

The area is called the "Quartier Leopold".

It's an administrative area with lots of... grey...

... and some green.

But if look around, you can see what's hidden behind that varnish.

At this time of the day, there aren't many people around, perfect for a shooting session.

Even the traffic jam isn't as bad as it will be in less than 30 minutes.

Brussels, a city where there's always a construction, demolition...

... or renovation somewhere.

08h21: in a few minutes I'll be at my desk in the blue building that is in the background.

Wishing you a lovely day and already a great weekend.

Country & Cosily yours !

    1. I really enjoyed taking my time to walk calmly (out of the crowd) and look around. Because everyday it's struggling, stressing and I don't like that.

  5. Hi Rachel,
A "quartier" of Brussels that I don't really know. It is indeed grey! Now I know more or less where you work :-)
    Have a nice day!

B.t.w. I love the yarn that you've shown in your previous blog post (ideal for doing some lace knitting :-)
